The location of the hotel is amazing - it's very near the town centre and just out of the main township. You can see the ski lifts and gondolas from the apartment window, perfect for skiing enthusiasts. the view from the balcony is breathtaking and the facilities are brilliant - with access to tennis courts, bikes and sauna.

The service provided by the staff was not up to the mark, with long waiting times to find someone at the front desk.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - just out of the main township but very near the town center. We loved the fact that it was situated next to a pretty canal, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was outstanding, with the staff providing a warm welcome drink upon arrival and giving us tips and assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable heating system, a spacious sitting area, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle. We also had access to a shared kitchen, which was extremely convenient. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to our stay, and we loved the option to have dining in-room breakfast. The hotel also provided a bar/lounge area and picnic area/tables, giving us plenty of places to relax and enjoy our time. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and their friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. The leisure facilities were exceptional, with a sauna, massage services, a spa lounge, and even a steam room and Turkish bath. We also enjoyed the BBQ facilities and the sun terrace with sun loungers - the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine. The beautiful garden area and spa center added to the overall charm of this venue, making it a truly luxurious experience. The hotel also provided beach umbrellas and leisure facilities such as a TV room, making sure that guests have plenty of options to relax and entertain themselves. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we were pleased to have access to free parking as well as luggage storage and a locker room. the facilities at this hotel were exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

My partner and I had a lovely time during our romantic getaway at this accommodation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were amazing! We especially enjoyed the entertainment area with billiards and ping pong, as well as the relaxing spa with a steam bath. Another bonus was the convenient location, with easy access to nearby ski resorts and restaurants.

There were a few things we didn't like during our stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable and it gave us some back pain in the mornings. Also, the fitness studio was poorly equipped and didn't have a lot of options for working out. Nevertheless, these minor inconveniences were overshadowed by the numerous positive aspects of the place. we highly recommend this accommodation for a memorable and relaxing retreat.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location next to a pretty canal, staff. The hotel was spotless and had great facilities such as a football court and a laundry room. It was located next to a beautiful canal and was walking distance to the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Everything was spot on.

We had an incredible romantic escape in the mountains! the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. the apartment was perfect, equipped with everything we needed and even had an amazing spa where we could relax after a day of hiking. the location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to all the great outdoor activities the area has to offer. We especially enjoyed the bike rides and nature walks.

It was truly a magical experience and we can't wait to come back again!
